We’ve created a new Restaurant & Bar Manager role within our hugely popular restaurant and cocktail bar, NOM Restaurant & Bar, in Stoke-on-Trent. We’re on the lookout for someone who takes high volume in their stride. This is an exciting time to join a growing company.
Our Restaurant & Bar Manager will oversee all aspects of our restaurant and cocktail bar, ensuring our diners and drinkers are looked after at all times. Our customer journey is important to us and therefore, we’re looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, committed to ensuring our team provides a 5* experience.
You will be responsible for a busy restaurant and bar operation, so you will need previous experience of leading teams to deliver key set standards.
Reporting in directly to our company Managing Director, you’ll need to confident, assertive and able to confidently run a high achieving operation.
Restaurant & Bar Managers need to have had previous experience in management with a sound knowledge of food and drink and must have excellent communication skills, be a team player and enjoy a hands-on role. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.
– Previous management experience in at least a similar sized operation.
– A sound knowledge of food and beverage operations with a real focus on the customer experience.
